This pizza place could be better they need to take the time to train there staff in order to give a better basic standard of service.Apposed to no service then not told it would be longer than 40 minutes of a wait time.We had one staff member trying to pack the deliveries up and do the front counter at the same time this then caused the delay in the delivery.So the people that ordered a delivery came in to pick up their orders as their were 6+ orders waiting and ready to go? But the poor guy couldn't get out the door? This then made the orders cold.Refunds we asked for due to this hour long delay its only Pizza as for the lady posing as a person in charge? All I can say is then take charge and own your space, deal with your disappointment and make it better for Kerikeri or people just won't go there anymore.

Worker not wearing her Mask property and has hair down and jewelry on well cutting pizzas box wasn’t even put together right , pizzas tasted plain and not even worth 6.50 domino’s do better pizza and customer service , come on PIZZA HUT get it together!!!

I was very dissapointed and felt ripped off after driving 30 minutes to bring pizza home to my husband and kids and find there next to nothing on my pizza. I go back 2 days later with photo evidence with date and time and they still couldn't reimburse to keep a loyal customer that's always been happy with there service.

S#!T customer service. Ordered half an hour before pick up time, not busy, hadn't put my fries in. No acknowledgement when I arrived just a dead pan look from a coupe of board looking teenage boys. Wife ordered a few moths ago and they cancelled her order cause they were short staffed. Don't even bother picking up the phone sometimes. Typical kerikeri unfortunately.

Yesterday I traveled from Karikari peninsula to Keri Keri. I had the best pizza at your shop. The base was the perfect thickness. The crust was crispy. The topping covered the top. THANKYOU

rude customer service, got home and all pizzas were missing toppings but was too late to turn around as i live 1hr away. not to mention there was a strand of hair on one of them. very disappointed!

burnt pizza, Hardly any topping on that!!I worked for pizza store around 4 years and thin n crispy doesn't look like this!!you guys need to improve your service, otherwise we won't be back!!
