Item took an extra week to get to depot then after coming to pickup and waiting 25minutes for them to bring my package to me I discovered the parcel was broken and had a fork hole in it. You’d think for a company that does freight they would know how to handle it. Shocking

UPDATE:Damaged my work vehicle to no response.Unsure who runs this circus show.Communication between two businesses is shocking. Having to chase them up regarding a delivery multiple times a day to be spoken to rudely.

Shocking service, took 3 week to receive something that was 3-5 day post. Called twice both times phone was answered by people with a attitude. Then they insinuated it was my fault it hadn't been delivered, as they had tried calling once. When I finally arranged a drop off time, they couldn't even manage to deliver in the time they gave me.

Mainfreight is shocking customer service shocking waiting on t v instead of it comming to richmond invercargill they sent it to nelson richmond they are completly put blame on everyone else read labels properly now they saying if u want t v you will have to pick up Friday when you pay 86 plus dollars for it to be delivered I intend not stopping at this am going go public never again would I recommend or use main freight just get bloody t v bamborough st richmond invercargill nd in

If I can give 0 star I will. I am wondering how much money they spending on ppl who can give them fake good reviews. dealing with mainfreight is a nighmere. Their truck drivers never read the addresses before delivering. No one witness delivery when it’s happening. Their office staff sound like brain dead as well. They have no idea what they are talking about. This business is definitely on the top of the useless business list shocking services
