When the hard drive on my notebook failed, I took it to two other data recovery services, and neither of them could recover anything except some cookies and empty folders. I still had to pay them for their efforts though.Six years later I was planning to repurpose the notebook and decided to have one last attempt to recover some files. Took the HD to Nicholas and the team at Computer Forensics, and magically got everything back! It's wonderful to have all those files and photos again, and all uncorrupted. Quite amazing actually. Thanks Nicholas.

It was such a relief to talk and then commission the services of Computer Forensics. They were very quick to reply, gave instant immediate safety advice and then navigated me out of a tricky situation. For ever appreciative of their help when I felt vulnerable. Really good service and communication - could not ask for better service. Our business laptop died with no recent back up and when our usual computer tech couldn't retrieve the data , he put us on to Computer Forensics NZ Ltd. We were informed of the likely price right from the start, which had an upper cap limit, and was also told that if they can't get your data off, it is free, so a pretty good guarantee. Happy ending for us as our data has been all retrieved thankfully. Very happy customers.

Our worst nightmare - The backup drive with all our kids photos on from last 5 years stopped working. After trying all sorts of things and looking for web advice, we asked for advice from our IT providers ACME computers in Kalgoorlie. They straight away suggested Computer forensics NZ. Within 3 days the drive was with them, they had rebuilt the drive and recovered all the irreplaceable photos.. Excellent service..

Five years ago I lost every photo and video of my children I had transferred to not only one but two external hard drives. Both failed. After sending them to two other data recovery businesses, I was informed they were lost forever. I held onto them in the hope that technology would progress enough to offer me a third chance at their retrieval. I wish I had found Computer Forensics sooner! Not only did I receive exemplary service from Nicolas and his team, I got every single one of those precious photos and videos back. Both my computer and external hard drive managed to fail at the same time and I lost 4 years worth of photos and documents. 4 years may not sound like a lot but it has been a very busy time with traveling and family.Nicolas and the team were incredibly professional, thoughtful (you need to be in this situation), helpful and detail-orientated (right down to the files in the folders).I was lucky enough to have a 99% recovery of my files and I can now confirm it is all there. I am truly grateful to the team at Computer Forensics. Would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Really helpful and friendly customer service. They were very prompt from the beginning, gave you clear instructions and updated you on the progress of the data recovery. I got the data back and it was perfect, complete, just what I wanted. Thank you very much! I would like to say if anything happens I'll be using their services again but I don't want my computer or harddisk to crash anytime soon :P
