Awesome place with a 1h return walkway to the lake. Really worth a visit! This location was even used for Lord of the Rings filming.

Nice walk, although we had awesome weather, the lake was dry though, but still spectacular place to be.

Interesting place set in a rather surreal landscape. The 'salt' aspect is not obvious when you're there. The loop track around the lake is an easy 1 hour walk, and there is ample parking.

Sutton Salt Lake Scenic Reserve
Went for one hour walk early this morning (27/12/20), the lake was dry (pretty cool actually) but the surroundings are stunning. Easy track to walk, and a little bit of history in this area.We maybe left some veggies and fruits for our travel in the parking unfortunately, I guess some people were lucky to find them. RIP veggies.

Really nice area with a nice easy loop walk about 200m from the start of the track. Take the right fork when you come across the loop part if you want the quickest way to the lake. Super serene and worth it..

Beautiful walk. The lake was dry, but i imagine you'd have to go after some decent rain to see it.
