1.Movers made damages on the wall that I have to fix it for the landlord to get my bond back.2. They charge one more hour than actual hours.3. Movers are unprofessional. This is the third time I move and never saw movers don’t know how to disassemble bed.4. Slow. Takes longer time to move same amount of stuff.Overall. Not recommended.

The service that we experienced with Trust Movers was fabulous and they exceeded our expectations. From our initial enquiry to them off loading our move we couldn’t have asked for more. Their professional approach and communication made it a stress free experience. We definitely would recommend them and they would be our first choice should we need the services of a local removal company again.

I was fortunate enough to have John and Roshan help me move all of my belongings into storage. They guys did an impeccable job putting all of my things into the truck (they were able to get it all in the truck whereas past movers could not) and everything was stacked beautifully. It was like a work of art. My belongings were taken to the storage facility where they offloaded it all into the unit, with room to spare. Once again, everything was placed perfectly with skill. They were efficient, careful and very friendly. Highly recommended and I will be booking them again to take my things to my next property. A job well done and a very satisfied customer. It made my day mostly stress free and they can be relied on to provide an excellent service.

Great service from start to finish, fast quote , great customer service and the movers abhi and sam went above and beyond to help and took care of the house and the belongings . Friendly an helpful the 2 men who helped me move and i highly recommend this company to anyone having to move. Moving is so stressful and trust movers just take all that stress away. If you are moving and need an awesome team that know what they are doing, choose Trust Movers.Booking was too easy, the team were working when others I had approached were not (day after Matariki), Aimee provided a quote super quick and booking was made.The guys rang when 15 mins away to let me know they were on the way, John had some top truck driving skills! And the man knows how to stack a house into a truck! John and Pankaj, did the house moving in very good time and were most professional as they went on to complete their job. I have to make special mention of John who is a big strong man and worked so well. We did have some extra heavy items but not a big deal to John, who used his expertise to fit everything in one trip. Trust movers costs works out to cheaper than others from my comparison as there are not hidden charges.THANK YOU TRUST MOVERS.Thank you heaps John from my wife and I.

Trust Movers answered my emails promptly. Willingly added more into the truck as they had room. Friendly, helpful and efficient for pick up and drop off. Helped place furniture where we needed it to go. Would recommend for sure.

I recently used the house moving services from Trust Movers.To begin with, they were very punctual and came 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Jasnoor, Akshay and Roshan were very professional and very supportive. All my things were meticulously handled and were moved without any damages. Great job executed indeed.Aby was very friendly and did a great job by sending the quote within 10 minutes. He also arranged the insurance and ensured the whole process goes as smooth as possible.
