Found via Google. Industrial sort of place but has a front reception. Friendly guy and managed to transact and out the door within 5 mins. I got the LC3313 and installed/working fine.

I have had nothing but trouble from these people. All of my cartridges have leaked and I managed to use one of them and the ink ran out after 20 copies done. This is really bad as a new cartridge does hundreds of copies. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone as they are totally useless and never return calls. I have been into their shop at least 3 times.

Asked me to show them a video of the faulty product. The contour gauge was so so stuck that I couldnt use it. They emailed me and said there is no fault and I need to pay for shipping to return it. Why did you ask me for a video to waste my time at start? Now they ignore my email.Dear InkPowe, please do not leave a comment here. You have had bad reviews previosuly.

Says open till 530 on a Thursday. Drove from the other side of Auckland to find them closed at 5pm.
