I think we just got unlucky with the contractors they used to do the install. There were a few issues that had to be fixed like wrinkling in the hallway, carpet not properly secure in wardrobe, skirting boards cracked and freshly painted walls dented (could have been our old skirting boards not handling it well and the dents are unavoidable in some areas) and a hard lump in the living room carpet which turned out to be glue that had come through the join (this was fixed with a patch which we are now nervously waiting to blend into the rest of the room). The Devon and Patterson team have been really helpful but overall not an easy or stress free experience.

Was happy with everything except the installation of the carpet by their contractors because the installers damaged all my skirting boards. As you can see in the photos whatever tool they used to install the carpet scratched my skirting boards so we had to get them repainted which was expensive.

Amazing service today - Prompt and efficient! Appreciate the match of only a piece of carpet we needed today.

Went here looking for carpet offcuts, they have a bunch of discounted end rolls and mats out back. They have some that are already overlocked or you can choose a roll and pay to have it overlocked ($10 metre).

We engaged Devon and Patterson flooring to supply and install new vinyl plank flooring as part of our kitchen/dining/laundry renovation. The whole process and service provided from start to finish was fantastic. Their advice and expertise made it so easy. Nothing was a problem and the installers did an amazing job. We love our new flooring and will always use Devon and Patterson.

Just had the entire house carpet relaid with Devon Patterson. Very professional. Craig Biswell did a phenomenal job. Thorough planning from the pre lay through to execution. Entire Team were quick and very thorough.We had curved stairs and Craig got the right people who did a superb job.Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We had great service with Devon and Patterson twice, at the house we were selling and the house we bought. We got new vinyl and carpet put in both and the quality is great, as well as having wonderful, helpful people to deal with. Definitely recommend.
