Refused to let my 6y old grandson with special needs use the toilet not very polite lady. As out of town person even pointing me to the closest toilet would have been nice. Instead he had accident on the forecourt.

It's my regular gas station. The lady at the counter never greet customers. Always looks grumpy. I always fill up my tank and then pay its make easier for me. But the lady is like it's pre paid. What? @ 2pm in afternoon. I understood at night. I feel sorry for the company. Staff not staffs. Need to learn(Nash). Please put some efforts. U r getting paid for your job. I hope I will not get disappointed next time.. gud luck.
