Requested a quote through their website and Paul replied quickly which was great and advised their availability (booking jobs for late May to June). Told him this was fine and he told me he would give me a call later that day or tomorrow to confirm a time. Didn't hear from him so called the following week. He was pleasant to talk to and again advised when they are likely to be available to do the job (now only booking jobs for June onwards) and told him that was fine with us, as we just wanted to get a quote done and have this job penciled in. Paul then said we would call me Wednesday to confirm what time he would be round for quoting on Thursday or Friday. Haven't heard from him at all since....This is just poor customer service and if you can't take any further bookings or don't want the job tell people! Don't waste their time.

The team of Paul and Johnny at Sensation painters have been amazing each time we have used them for the inside and outside of the house. The site is always kept clean and a high quality of work. Always turn up when thy advise they will and keep us up to date. Great team
