Richard came yesterday to clean my oven. It was a mess, drips running down the inside of the window, and thick deposits from cooking stuck well and truly into the oven trays and into the bottom of my oven.Richard arrived on time and got onto cleaning both my oven and BBQ immediately. He was friendly and professional in every way.He was very careful to put down heavy mats to protect my floor and covers over my benches where he was cleaning. He worked very hard and thoroughly, my oven is now very clean and shiny both inside and out and my BBQ is sparkling again. It was pouring with rain outside while he was here, he didn’t even mention the rain but he must have got wet while he was working outside.Honestly my oven looks brand new again, its 26 years old, so that’s pretty amazing.I highly recommend Richard Penlington, he is reliable and very thorough in what he’s doing. There is no odour at all when I heat my oven now, the glass and the outside and in the inside of the oven are gleaming. I am greatly impressed by how hard he worked and how very pleasant he is to deal with and also his wife Katherine who I communicated with to organise the clean, she is super friendly and professional.I highly recommend Richard’s work and I definitely will use him again.

My son had his oven and rangehood cleaned today after purchasing his first home, I cannot recommend enough the whole service we have received today. Richard went above and beyond doing some extras for us that were not working on the oven, leaving the cleaning area immaculate before leaving as well. Bens oven looks like a new oven.
