Was heading back to Queenstown, when we stopped down to Catlex for fuel and suddenly a staff (Ronnie) comes running to fuel my car. I was shocked to see her willing to fuel, these days hardly attendant fuels the car unless asked. So far best Customer service experience I had. She’s deserves a raise.

Time for gas for the van I was given to drive while working in Milton..called in forgot my wallet with all my cards.. AA, gold card, Caltex discount card..the staff filled my vehicle and gave me the discount...Fab service..I went back couple days later to courier a parcel to Akld..great service again..thank you Caltex Milton..⭐⭐⭐⭐

While I don't use the shop part that often, use the self service & truck stop around the back multiple times per week. Easy to get in and out of.

Two people working greeted us with a genuine smiles. Answered all our tourist questions. I filled our rental RV with diesel and cleaned the windshield and back on the road. Station was one of the cleanest I've ever visited. Great job.
