Don't listen to the bad reviews as it is the past I've been going here for at least the last 2years and I get great customer service.. The staff have built up their knowledge and do a great job even going the extra mile to help me out..

Been going to shosha a while now and the service has gotten worse each time. I bought a vape from this store and about a month later, they stopped stoking the coils, making the vape useless. Nice enough people but after looking online I realised how overpriced Shosha is. Won't be purchasing a vape from here again

If I could give a one star I would. I came in on Saturday 15 October. There was an Asian guy serving me who seemed stoned out of his mind. I asked him specifically for ice vape juices and he showed me which ones. After I tried the juice (what I was told was an ice flavour), I went back into store as it didn’t seem to be iced. He then wouldn’t refund me and said I could get 10% off my next juice. No apologies. Nothing. Disappointed with this store and their lack of expertise. Sort out your staff shosha!!

Worst customer service I ever had in my life. They couldn’t help me out with a vape I bought and barely used and that wasn’t working. Clearly they are not putting the customer first, and they also looked very annoyed that I was asking questions and trying to use my consumer rights. They just wanted me out of the shop. I will never come back here and never recommend this place to anyone. Sorry.

Went to this store on Sunday the worker behind the counter was coughing and sneezing while he was looking at my device, he was not wearing a mask then he started blowing into my vape I quickly asked for my device back and left, I cannot believe the owner lets their employees work in that condition with all this covid-19 around he should of been home and not working in a face to face industry, shame on the owner very poor practice will not be shopping at this place any more

Waited till 30 minutes after they’re meant to open, and even called the Shosha 0800 number to check if the opening times had changed (they have not). No one is here so I have to leave. What’s the point in advertising opening hours if you don’t follow them?

One star is way more than I wanted to give for this rating. The polynesian girl behind the counter has served me a few times with the same energy... 0% The first and 2nd time I've let it slide, not today! I use to be a regular at this store and developed a great relationship with the lovely Fijian Indian girl that use to work there. She was always so lovely but this girl has a stink customer service attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere even if I have to drive further.

Literally the worst customer service. I wasn’t sure whether to leave a review or not because I thought perhaps it wasn’t a good day for her. However I’ve just read several other 1 star reviews all dictating the same sour attitude from the woman behind the counter. I don’t know how she is still allowed to be working here after all the negative feedback, this is clearly not a position suited for someone with such a snarky attitude as she has.
