One NZ Newmarket Westfield

Went in with my friend who was trying to purchase an iPhone with a plan and when we walked in we were greeted with unwelcoming looks instead of hellos. We went to sit with a representative to inquire with the plan and phone and the 2 representatives who had served us decided to point out my friends age on their screen and laughed in front of her while making a comment about how young she was purchasing a phone. Another representative previous to my friends inquiry lacked a form of interest when giving us advice on what my friend should do prior to setting up the plan. Waited 40 minutes to get the phone in the end. Both of us work in retail/customer service as well and are appealed by the way we were served. Pretty disappointed with the customer service and respect received from the team that day.

Changed the name and kept the Vodafone attitude. If customer service is of any kind of importance to you as a consumer, I recommend 2Degrees. I waited in your store for 15-20 minutes waiting to at least be approached by a staff member and not one even said hello. During this time I saw 2 separate employees leave the store (one to go on break and one leaving for the day) now I did not expect them to give up their time for my issue, but at least saying someone will be with you in a moment" would have removed some of the bitterness left after this interaction. Beyond unimpressed would be the least of what I have to say."

Went in as my phone died. It was put on a fast charger but hardly any charge was there after about 45 minutes. Don't know why. Seems to be charging ok now I am home.

I went into Vodafone at Westfield 277 on Wednesday to check that I was on the best plan for my needs and to ask for some help with setting up my new iPhone. I was served by Dylan. He was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was happy to transfer the information from my old phone to my new one. I’d purchased the phone at Noel Leeming who wanted to charge me for setting it up. Dylan was so genuinely warm and helpful and exemplified the very best in customer service. It was greatly appreciated. So thanks Dylan and thank you Vodafone!

Carlos and Chloe helped me, my husband and my son today at the store in 277 Newmarket Auckland. We were were each paying one another’s phone bills, and they sorted it out. They were both so helpful, engaging and had great senses of humour. We all thought it was the best service we have had in a very long time. Please let their manger know. Anna

unfriendly staff, extremely long wait time, didnt get the problem sorted. if u think going in store will be better than online customer service then u might want to think twice.

The two dudes that i saw the night of June the 1st late night really helped me out and were super friendly! I didnt get their names but i hope you tell them they were super chill and nice to be around :) Also shout out to the dude i saw the Monday before that as well!

Went in to buy a SIM card. Two staff served a customer who came in after me. The other one continued to work on a project. No one made eye contact as I hung around in front of them. I eventually got served by interrupting the pair.

I received excellent service from Brad - he helped with my purchase of a new iPhone. He also made sure all information was transferred to my new phone. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you. You deserve special recognition as your service was beyond expectations.
