the owner needs to learn manner as a human being. He is rude to a new level of a people. The only reasons that he can survive is because he has no competitors. And to be honest, his cooking is fair below average apart from the price is cheap.

With it’s affordability and flavour, the uncle deserves s 5 star. Although it would be better if he uses a bio container instead of plastic.

It's either you like it or you don't. You come here for good food. And the owner sets the rules--we follow. Like any great hole in the wall stall, the menu is limited. I always opt for the pork intestine. Perhaps the best noodles in Christchurch. Better that all the best ramen shops combined.

This place only sells 4 types of noodles. These are beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodle soup, pork guts noodle soup, and preserved beans noodle soup. Most noodles come with a braised egg if not all. However, you can order any noodle soup with extra pork guts and a side. All noodles are $10, very affordable, huge portions, quick and easy, very tasty. It says to be open from 10 to 7, but it normally closes whenever noodles are sold out. We never made it after work. After a few attempts, we finally made it at lunch time.

Fantastic and delicious, a place you wouldn’t even expect to deliver something so simple yet complex of flavour. One of my favourite out of the way street food style venues in Christchurch.

The owner has the worst temper I've ever seen. When he came out with my dish, he suddenly snapped at me. There is a sign says you cannot go inside, so I stayed where the eftpos machine is. He should have explained normally and specified where this fine line between outside and inside is. Apparently, customer service is not in his cooking book.
