Received my delivery on the day requested. All beautifully packed. Had asked for my steaks to be put into packs of two which it was. Was quite a big order but everything was there. Have ordered several times now. Meat is very nice and online ordering is so convenient. Brad is very nice to deal with. Thanks guys.

Good meat, but disappointed in customer service, communication and integrity.My order was not delivered so I called up and was told they’d “check with the courier” and call me back. Didn’t call back so I called again, was told the same thing.Half an hour later my order is delivered surprisingly cold for having been supposedly sitting in a courier van for 8.5 hours without an ice pack.From what I can deduce my order was not put on the courier this morning and I was not told the truth. Admitting your mistake would have avoided a bitter taste in my mouth.Communication has been an issue with past two orders. No notification to collect an order last time and no courier tracking this time which added to the logistical problem.Probably won’t order again which is a shame as the products are good.

Received our first online order today delivered to our door. Product is totally outstanding, well packaged and presented. Excellent quality. Cant fault in any way. We have found our permanent butcher as we do not like supermarket meat at all. Well done guys top service and product. 10 out of 10 from me keep it up.

Couldn't ask for a better service! Took some home kill venison into the boys and they ran through all the options and made it super easy. I got a variety of steaks, sausages (several flavours), kranskys,burger patties and mince. The Kranskys were incredible and a real winner! Great packaging and even vacuum sealed the steaks for me. Really accommodating and an awesome service. Thanks boys!

We love the meat from Halswell Butcher. I am really enjoying the delivery service, makes life so much easier. I always get a phone call if I'm not at home to say it has been delivered and waiting for me in the shade.

Been meaning to try their delivery service for a while now. Being in Lockdown was the perfect excuse. Prompt delivery. Excellent communication. Cheaper and far better quality than the supermarket. Looking forward to cooking up the T Bones, they look amazing!

Staff very polite & helpful.I often bring my own containers to cut down on waste & the staff make the process seamless.Meat is always fresh & great quality. When we opt to use the delivery service our items always arrive on time & packaged well.The Texan chilli sausages are a favourite at our house.Keep up the great work!

Disappointed as I made a special stop to buy mince this morning. Sign was out advertising mince. I made the effort to cross a very busy road only to find there was no mince in the shop. Mince is a good price, but not worth the effort if it's not in stock.

Superb delivery service, quality meat, I have been a regular customer for over a year now and I don't shop for meat any where else. It makes meal planning simple and keeping to our budget easy for our family. Highly recommend
