Purchased a used HP1020, came with swollen battery and wrong spec per ad, took months to get replacement used HP1040 but still came with 128ssd and not 256ssd after reminded numerous time to check spec before sending the replacement, seller now decided to go AWOL on mobile and email, unresponsiveness beyond comprehension. Stay away if you are expecting any customer service. Disappointed

I thought the asking price to fix my screen was reasonable, then, nightmare happened. My phone became hyper sensitive to touch, the home button does not work after, then now.. my phone turns on and off now :( I am trying to contact the provided phone number on their website but no answer (maybe due to lockdown?).. I am just very sad and frustrated..

My old PC didn't work because the HDD wasn't working. They replaced the HDD with an SSD, installed windows 10 (not the real one) and charged me $240.

no Eftpos accepted. got repaired but its get worse actually. time waster. Citizen of Bureau Pakuranga has already reported to pakuranga plaza management regarding unreliable services and many complains from customers.

Great place for PC repair. Resolved my Motherboard issue. There was a bit delay as took longer time to arrange the part. Reasonable prices. Communication can be a little better by shop owner other than that all good. Thanks
