What an excellent little cafe... very cool! We stopped off here Sunday morning prior to heading back to auckland after checking out of our hotel. Coffees and breakfast ordered and man were we happy. I had the porridge which was perfect for a winters morning and my partner had the pancakes... all was brill. Service was impeccable and the coffee ranked a good 4.5 out of 5!! Highly recommended stop if you are in town... parking outside and generous seating both inside and outside the cafe.

One of the best cafes in Tauranga! I’ve been wanting to visit for weeks and finally got the chance today. Immediately the staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we entered! Service was very quick and staff were all lovely.The food was beyond expectation and came out quickly despite how busy it was. Portion sizes were plentiful and the quality of food and beverages was top tier.If you ever get a chance you need to go here! Prices are fair and worth what you pay for. Very happy customer will be back again soon… recommend the Whittaker hot choc was delicious :)

Great place for a farewell breakfast with family after a special reunion.Delicious food choices and the best Gluten Free bread we have ever eaten.It was great to also have the choice of small or regular eggs Benedict.

What a great little find for us! Well, it took as a while but clearly there are many other people that have been enjoying the awesome food and outstanding service for a lot longer than us. My partner is vegan and they had great suggestions and went out of their way to make a delicious breakfast. I LOVED the food. Made with love and the service was second to none. Will definitely be back!

We mostly came to try the bagels but were disappointed because they tasted more like regular bread than real bagels. On the other hand, the omelet we tried was terrific. Plus we loved the cozy atmosphere inside and the good service. So this gets an easy five stars in spite of the bagels.

we were looking for a cafe with some vegan / dairy free alternatives and came across The Med! i followed a review saying the vegan pancakes were good, and I’m so glad I did. those pancakes were the BEST i’ve had in awhile! the staff was super friendly and on top of helping us out. plus the coffee was great. i highly recommend!

Excellent cafe. Loved the service. They made us custom vegetarian sandwiches.Very clean and great interiors. More importantly, it is open at 7am!

The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered an eggs benedict 20 minutes before half my table and before the table beside us arrived they were all served atleast 10 minutes before me. When they brought out my food my egg was runny after asking 3 times for it to be well done. When I sent it back the waitress instead of apologising argued about it. Very rude staff and ridiculous wait time. When I finally got the food it was nice but definitely not worth going through all that just for a simple breakfast.

Very long wait, rude and argumentative staff, attempted to overcharge us on multiple items. Food was decent enough when it eventually arrived but would definitely not return again. Only gets the 2nd star due to the quality of the eggs Benedict once they arrived after almost an hour for the final dish since ordering
