I did a keratin treatment before the lockdown a couple of months back and it did not work at all. No proper care or wash information was given. After the first wash hair went back to normal and no effect of the product at all. They told me the service would take around 2hrs or more but was done within an hour. When I informed them about the same they did not accept their mistake amd told me I was wrong and started arguing with me. Did not even give me a refund. Waste of time and money.Horrible service. Do not recomend them at all.

I saw there ad on Facebook Market Place and booked an appointment for 2pm today 05th Feb around 5 days back, just when I was about to leave as I stay far from saloon thought to confirm before going and I got a message that ' sorry I got some personal work hence your appointment is cancelled'.This is appalling and so unprofessional that they didn't bothered informing the client that they won't be able to provide service and when I called asking why you didn't inform me about cancellation the lady was very rude and said its upto us to provide you service or no and banged the phone on me, the worst she blocked me everywhere via phone and on Facebook.I thought to further message her via Facebook, wherein I then realised that the lady removed the ad itself and blocked me hence it seems they are fake.This is worst customer experience, the lady thought by removing ad, blocking me via phone will end everything but she failed.
