Rachael is an awesome agent who exceeds expectations. She was a huge help when we had issues with our CCC before going to market. Rachael helped with finding a builder and with dealing with the Council. Once we got on the market Rachael proved she knew the market and we sold our house quickly and obtained a great price. We would recommend her to anyone looking for an Agent.

Rachael was amazing through this whole process. we hadn't sold a house at auction before and she made it as stress free as she possibly could. her continuous flow of daily communication was fantastic, and she really helped get our house in the best possible position to go to Market.I would highly recommend Rachael as she is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know she has the resource to find out. We went into selling our property at a tough time in the market aware that the circumstances were going to make the process difficult. Before we started, Rachael made sure we were aware of all the complications we would face and gave great advice on how to handle them.Then, during the sale process she was friendly, easy to reach and communicative, giving us great advice, managing potential buyers and keeping us up to date with everything that was going on, and ended up making a sale we'd been worried would never happen.Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to sell a home!

Knowledgeable, organised, service oriented and results driven.Rachael not only acted as an agent - she was in many ways a project manager. She was so helpful when we were getting our house ready for sale. Her contacts and organization are second to none and superior by far to other agents I have used in the past. Rachael has a no-nonsense approach and did her very best to achieve the highest price for our property with good energy and clear communication between us and the buyer who ended up purchasing our house.
