On the 14th of Jan 2023, Ahmed at Omni Tech (Manukau Mall) fitted my wife's screen protector and case  to her new Samsung phone for an affordable price. He showed excellent attention to detail while doing this job. It looked great when he had finished.Ahmed also presented a friendly and confident customer service manner. My wife and I will not hesitate in visiting Omni Tech's Manukau  store for our future device enhancements. We will not forget Ahmed's fantastic work. Wow!!! Go there now!

Don’t take your phone to this place.I asked if they do IPhone battery exchanges, they agreed. So I let my phone there for the exchange. After I got it back, I just realized that they don’t use original Apple products. We had a long discussion and they promised that the new battery is better and it does not matter that I now have the error report on my phone. After several day of usage I recognized that the new battery is much worse than my old! Apple battery. The battery does not last 1 day with normal usage. Have to enable battery save mode from beginning. Also it charges very slow and takes hours.Unfortunately I am just here for vacation and recognized this when I were already on the South Island. Otherwise I would have get back and complain there personally

The place they sent off our phone to replace to front and back screen did a HORRIBLE job and very very unprofessional at how they replaced the screen! Whoever they sent it to did a rough hard and fast job!! Don’t recommend this place. After they replaced our screen we decided to replace the battery but with another mobile company and lucky we did! Had we not, we’d of never know how unprofessional this place was!!The second place told us that omni tech forced open our phone we know this because the screws down bottom of our iPhone XR one of them had no thread and so the forced open the broken screen realised one of the screws was bent and so they may of had trouble removing it but instead of fixing it THEY CUT HALF OF THE SCREW leaving half of it in the hole! Unable to put a new one in they drilled the other hole w a new screw and using that one to close the screen shut!!When the second place removed the screen to replace the battery he said that Omni tech did it so unprofessionally that they just used the one hole to shut the phone close and leaving the half cut screw in the phone!!Terrible because had we not got it seen by another company we’d of never known. Although Omni tech did the job by replacing our screen they did a lousy job by being lazy and not doing it properly, I don’t recommend this place esp if your customers pays hundreds of dollars to properly fix their phone.All in all I wouldn’t recommend because I paid $280 for this half job. Will never go again. But I got to say customer service was lovely the lady was accommodating to say the least. Whoever they sent this to get it fixed by are lousy at their job!!

Repaired and replaced my screen at a reasonable price, sehn was so helpful and thorough I thought my ph was done for! 1 hr later all fixed without losing any of my apps! She did an amazing job I came back a second time to repair my son's ph!I recommend seeing her to get your ph fix! Thank you Sehn at manukau omni tech.

Went to this place last week for a screen protector.. and then today that screen protector fell off. I immediately went back to see if they could give me a new one as it shouldn’t have fallen off so quickly! They wouldn’t give me a new one or even a refund! All he told me was he could give me a discount and that I need a gel protector which I already have had before! The lady last week should’ve told me the protector I had chosen wasn’t a good one as I asked her if it was good! Will not be going back there for their services! Absolutely poor!

Disappointed with your services. Bought screen protector and it fell off within an hour. Costs 35.00. Absolutely hopeless. I requested for a glass screenprotector, I received a plastic which fell off within an hour

ZERO STAR REVIEWDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU. I got my screen fixed in late Nov 2022 for $225 picked it up seen lots of glue sticking out of my phone and dust all over the front camera (unusable) but I had to go to work so I took it and left for work fast forward to just recently my screen cracked again less then 3 months later to which I thought I have a warranty it'll be replaced with little to no charge. So I take it back to the same store in Manukau and they tried to charge me another $225 whilst under warranty so I googled them and Google says Omnitech provide a 1 year warranty on ALL specific phone repairs which the people I was dealing with say it's only for technical issues not broken screens. I will be contacting Fair Trading and the Consumer Goods Authority to see what should be done . I feel like I've been scammed to my understanding warranties cover any issues within that time frame, their head office wasn't much help after talking with someone about the issue I was hung up on and not able to get through again after trying to call back multiple times.
