Very helpful staff. I don't know her name but she was really helpful and friendly. Bought a black handbag for my mom from here and I really hope she likes it because I am definitely in love with it. Will definitely visit this place again soon for a bag for myself! Definitely recommend it!

Went shopping for a suitcase today for myself and was approached by a young lady . She was so sweet and helpful , very well spoken of explaining the different suitcases and which one was most recommended for myself . She was so patient and made my choice so much easier . Wish I got her name . I also love to buy my bags from here and would have to say manukau would have to be the most tidiest and well organised branch I’ve been to . My wife went there today (31/05/22) around 1:20 pmShe went there with our kidsTwo female employees were workingOne was of Pacific descent and the other was of Asian descent.The Pacific woman was very rudeShe acted like a racistThe Asian woman helped me a littleThis was my first and last time at this storeHopefully Pacific employee will get some relief from the hate so that the store owner doesn't lose his business.Please treat your customers with love and respect because end of the day we are all human beings.

San Michelle Bags Manukau is the greatest. I was assisted by a very helpful girl there today. I purchased a Large Blue suitcase , pinkish handbag and a wallet. This girl who helped me was so patient and helped me with my suitcase.Product knowledge she has. I wish I got her name. When i got home i couldn't open my bag. I called the store and spoke to the girl who sold it to me and she guided me over the phone.Awesome awesome awesome5+ stars for you guys

Amazing & Great Customer ServiceI was @ the Manukau store today, main purpose was to buy a suitcase & the 2x ladies there were amazing, very knowledgeable about the products & helped me to select a great large suitcase. Now while I was there I also purchased a handbag, purse & luggage tag & was given free hand sanitizers. I left the store happy with my purchases - I was half way on the otherside of the mall, when I was tapped on the shoulder by the kind lady (sorry don't know her name) from San Michelle bags. I had left my luggage tags & sanitizers behind!!!! The fact she went out of her way too look for me & give me these items (that I had left behind) was Awesome!!! Thank you so much, I will definitely be shopping there again.
