It is with much regret that I’m having to write this review and I have held back doing so for a number of months but after discussing this with my wife, we feel it needs to be said.We have had a good relationship with our neighbour for over 40 years and have allowed them to trim our trees so they have a bit more of a view. Since they hired Dwyer and Bird things have not gone so well. Tim and his company are paid by our neighbour, however Tim has forgotten that the trees actually belong to me and when told that he is to only trim the top branches as they have been done in the past, he completely ignored my request and cut the top third off on all the trees, in some cases he cut the trees in half leaving no branches. When I confronted him about this his reason was that he was working for my neighbour and not for me and that they were only Cork Elms. He could see how upset I was about this but just repeated that he was working for my neighbour and doing the best for them.This whole episode has made things difficult between myself and my neighbour every time I see the trees it's a reminder which doesn’t help... these trees are important in holding the steep bank together especially during heavy rain.Tim I thought I could get over this but your lack of empathy and attitude has now ruined a 40 year relationship.Please do not come near my trees again.

Dwyer and Bird visited the site to inspect the work required, quoted and carried out the work all very promptly.The work was completed as requested with care taken to protect surrounding planting.We were very pleased with the service.Thank you and we would be very happy to use your services again.

Needed to have a well established ash tree cut back to manageable size. Tim promptly came to have a look. Gave me great advice and had the most competitive quote, which is what matters in the end. Thanks, Tim!

Fantastic job trimming back over-grown trees and cutting down some of the bigger ones. I'm just delighted with the magnolia tree... a speciman tree that was too tall but I wanted to keep a good shape to it!! Thank Time - you did it!!! We'll have you back next time!!!
