Bex and Jules planned our Wedding in Havelock North, while we were living in Auckland. They were phenomenal to deal with, keeping us in the loop with every part of the process, bringing fresh ideas to the table to compliment our grand plans, and generally just being great and fun people to talk to.Would highly recommend putting your trust in them to make your event a success.

Bex and her team provided us with staff on our wedding day both serving food and manning the bar. They team did an excellent job, were consummate professionals and I'd happily recommend their services to anyone else who needed them for their wedding day.

If you’re wondering why you should get a wedding coordinator, even just for the wedding day. This story is for you. We organised all the vendors ourselves and put our touch on every aspect of our wedding. But early on we booked Bex to be our wedding coordinator on the week leading up to the wedding and then on the day as I didn’t want to be the one doing the problem solving at the wedding. We thanked our lucky stars for Bex and her team as everything that could go wrong, went wrong at our wedding.30 years of weather data told us that it would be sunny over waitangi weekend 2022, so we planned to be outside. Alas, we had torrential rain, and a power cut. Bex was AMAZING! We still had the absolute best wedding of our lives. She solved every problem under the sun, and I was none the wiser! We had the most amazing, magical weekend. And Bex was our fairy godmother. Can’t recommend her and the Planit Events team enough, worth every penny! X
