SAYR Ventilation Systems (NZ)

Mark came to look at our display unit for our SAYR ventilation system. Arrived when he said he was going to, sorted out the display unit within minutes, and he was dog friendly. We have had our SAYR system for around 10 years, always been impressed with the follow up service they offer. Thankyou.

I was extremely happy with the servicing of our Sayr home ventilation unit. They arrived on time and provided us with lots of additional helpful information. Would recommend them to others.

If there was a -1 star, I would give it to Sayr. Terrible terrible service. The unit installed less than 7 years ago stopped working and blamed for rodent and moisture damage without providing sufficient evidence. We have been quoted a full new installation cost to replace the unit (while the basic set up is already there, e.g. vents, at 40% price increase from the original installation 5 years ago). When they were questioned about the quote for the full replacement at the full price, they have completely disappeared off the radar, and the property has no ventilation for 2 months now. Unless it is resolved in the next week we are going to the Disputes Tribunal. Very unreliable service AND product, beware.

After having two years of issues and crying windows with a competitors ventilation system I was really pleased the day after having a Sayr system installed that my condensation issues stopped. I do feel that a little more care with installation is required. My rangehood was unplugged and not plugged back in again - the installers denied it being unplugged but upon their return they found it had been and gave me an excuse that they must have thought it was the competitors ventilation plug (that system had already been removed by the competitor) my light batten in the toilet had to be replaced after fizzling out after blowing two light bulbs, and my extractor fan in the bathroom runs like it's on it's last legs. They came back and fixed that when initially it had stopped working after only being cleaned by them, but it is very rattley and it's about 2 years old.

SAYR is a great company and I have no regrets for installing their system over the competition. For the past 7 year I have been very satisfied with their home ventilation system and support from their service team. Their team is very friendly, helpful, awesome with communication, responsive to my needs and complete jobs in a timely way. I definitely recommend working with SAYR.

We installed Sayr 7 years ago and it has been brilliant, does exactly what it says it will. Minimises condensation and dries the home out really well. We noticed how much we missed it when our system stopped working recently due to a power surge - the windows in the mornings were teaming with water. Called Mark and his team and we were back up and running in no time. Mark was great and came himself to get it sorted, staying after hours until we were back in business. Thanks, really appreciated.

I've had mine installed for about 5-6 months now. Honestly, the best decision I've ever made.When I first enquired about the issues surrounding my house. Theo (SAYR's rep) had came over to my house to explain the benefits of what the SAYR ventilation would do for me. His explanation was very insightful and made the decision to get the installation much easier.Since the installation, I have noticed the house to be much warmer and the air is much dryer. The condensation on my windows are no longer there and rooms no longer feel moist and damp.I 100% recommend getting the installation done if you're thinking about it.

Awesome product, awesome service. My kids have asthma so we really needed a ventilation system. We chose Sayr because we had heard good things and we were not let down. We no longer have condensation on our windows in the morning and our kids don't get as sick. Can't believe we didn't do it sooner. The staff are super helpful as well
