The manager is rude obnoxious unhelpful nasty and accusing. I definitely would not recommend using their facility for storage. The worst service I have ever had. I would give them no stars but that is not an option.

I would have to agree with other reviews about the manager, what an absolute power tripping dragon she is. Sadly she is the sole reason for the 1 star as the facility deserves 5 stars but not under her management.

After some initial mistakes with my booking, the lady at customer service was nice enough to correct the mistake and move me to a more secure lot.

awesome customer service, worked with me to find solutions regarding payment schedule, secured unit when we forgot to put a padlock on the units, stuff left outside because when needed a second unit, these practical stuff. Oh and when we lost our code in! Then helped us with adding members of family to access to the storage units. Attention to detail- real stuff happenings in being responsible users of their service. Also having NZ hours and an 0800 number and Aussie Services with Aussie hours. Next level Thank you very much our 2nd time using this facility. Wishing them All the Best.

I would like to say I have been at National Storage for over 4 years as a tenant. They have been so wonderful to me. They have looked after me through some tough times. I have never not once felt unsafe. There is a good mix of tenants, workshops and units which males for a safe environment. The girls in the office are just wonderful. I just want to say to National Storage Pukekohe, thank you. If I could give 10 stars I would.If you're looking for a clean, safe and secure unit with pleasant staff - please try National Storage Pukekohe.

Put the price up without informing me. Forced me to look around for storage elsewhere. Found one slightly bigger for almost half the price. Make sure you shop around. Dont make national storage your first and only choice. This is how they treat a customer who has had 3 storage units with them over 7 years.

These guys do a good job at storing your things. I'd suggest getting storage behind a fob activated security gate if you're worried that someone might break in and steal your good. Very helpful and friendly staff
