Union Yoga is a wonderful studio with a beautiful vibe, fantastic leaders and a terrific bunch of yogis. Sessions are so much more than a physical workout. They are a total mind, body and spirit-lifting experience.

First yoga class I have attended regularly - I really enjoy the relaxed pace - you don't feel pressured to make the perfect pose - lots of alternatives to get your balance going - love the sense of inner calm
