Update: Professional and polite response to my negative review -- kudos for that.Appointment for a child, preventative care. Business owner/nurse was unfortunately not friendly and not informative, resulting in an experience that was not pleasant. Minimalist office setup, patients sit in a wheeled chair with wobbly headrest and told to hold still. Nurse refused to attempt cleaning on one ear stating microsuction would not work and unable to use curette -- disclosure, we had not used oil prior, our bad. Good to be cautious but $65 for one ear (1 minute of work) and $45 for other in mandatory followup (likely another 1-2 minutes) seems a bit unreasonable. That aside, we didn't learn anything or feel knowledge of services offered were helpful, positive or informative. Pity.

Clare-Ellen is an absolute godsend!!! She was highly recommended to me by another ear specialist and she really is the best! Having had a painful and scary experience in the past with earwax removal, it was a little daunting to try out microsuction for the first time. Clare-Ellen’s kindness, amazing skills, experience, and care effectively conquered even the most stubborn waxes and painlessly solved my hearing loss from the blockage. I am so excited to be able to hear properly again :))) Thank you soooooo much Clare-Ellen :) I am really grateful to you :) I cannot recommend Clare-Ellen enough :)))

It was my first experience getting my ears professionally suctioned after normal treatments failed to clear the blockage. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and the process was straight forward.I’m thankful and relieved that the procedure was simple, safe and quick, and I think my hearing has been restored beyond the levels I was used to before the blockages.

I went to the doctor this week who informed me that I had completely blocked ears so I'd better see a specialist. Given it was almost Xmas I thought I had no chance prior to Xmas. That was before I met Clare-Ellen. The business was closed but she was still onsite and not only did she unlock the door and let me in to see her but proceeded to give me a full treatment with no prior appointment! I cannot thank her or recommend her business highly enough - if all small businesses were run as well as this one we would be in much better shape - go to Clare-Ellen for all your Ear needs, I can hear again, thank you again, Guy

I was recommended this place from a client as I had really blocked ears and was experiencing a lot of dizziness. I booked myself and husband in to get our ears cleaned. What can I say Clare-Ellen was amazing very caring and informative. Highly recommend her.

I took my 6 years old daughter to do ear wax. Claire is very nice and professional. She brought out a big wax without causing any pain. Recommend!

Bit of a backstory: Ive been a ear clinic before to get my ear wax removed, it was a bit painful and I was scared to go back ever since (it was my fault, i didn't add the olive oil as instructed). The ear was was quite deep aswell.Today i visited this lovely lady and she was very informative and helpful, she managed to remove the ear wax without any pain and the result was amazing! a huge chunck of ear wax came out.I could not be more happier!

My daughter had an excellent experience having her ears pierced at this clinic. The nurse was patient and kind with her when she was a bit scared. She has had no after care problems with her piercing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Got my daughter’s earlobes pierced here months ago. Unfortunately piercing on left and right didn’t look even. We pointed out that it looked obviously uneven. Clare tried to shift blame on me saying that I should have checked the black dots that she marked on earlobes were even before she shot the piercing gun. And then she went on to say that, when the piercing is all settled, it’ll eventually look even. It wasn’t hard to see that she was making it up to get out of the situation. What was worse was that she was very rude right through the appointment. My daughter went home in tears and took off the piercing immediately only to find the the piercing hole was well below the black dot that Clare had marked hence the piercing didn’t look even left and right. I emailed Clare the photo of the earlobe pierced below the black mark, only then she offered a full refund (again with an attitude). The whole experience here was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I won’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
