I had placed an order online, submitted my age identification and I got a phone call from Kiel about one of the products I had ordered. I am so downright impressed with the service I got from him, the amount of help I received was so above and beyond what I would have ever expected. This amazing help I got is exactly how you end up with lifelong customers. It isn't often I come across this anymore, and I appreciate it so much. The Vape Shed has now made it's way to the top of my online go-to stores based on this, I can't recommend this store and Kiel highly enough.
