Footloose Shoes

A very unsatisfactory customer service experience.Upon walking into the store to collect a laybuy - I noticed the same shoes were on sale in my size. I asked what the process was & if the sale price would be honoured - at this point I was seeking advice and guidance from the shop attendant - Michelle, but instead received a very short, nonpolite, uninformative response. The entire experience was unpleasant! As I was leaving, taking the shoes I had just paid for, I received a very condescending comment. It really took away from the joy of buying new shoes.

I bought a pair of slip on leather shoes mid January 2023, that at the time I was worried they would stretch but was told by the sales assistant they would be fine. Two weeks later after wearing them only a couple of times they have stretched so much I can no longer wear them - they wont hold onto my feet. I asked the store if they could help and got told that this is what leather does and I would have been told this at the time of purchase. So they don't believe me and they think it's fine to have a pair of shoes only last two weeks. Be very wary of buying shoes off this store. Not fit for purpose comes to mind, but this store doesn't want to help.

All of my shoes are from Footloose, I have always had amazing service and the girls have taken their time so I can try on and feel fabulous!! Best footwear team in Hawkes bay!!

Love this amazing shop.... their range of shoes, bags and accessories are amazing throughout all the seasons and I do love to treat myself at Sale time too! Whenever I am in Napier and pop in store the staff are all so welcoming & friendly - and they know their product well and are quick to assist & offer up advice that helps me with my purchases. Have to say - I am now an ardent follower of their FB page and I really enjoy the Thursday Video slot....LOTS of new shoes to admire & save up for. Thank you Footloose!

The shoes are good quality, shoes I bought last year winter are still perfect with the right leather care Footloose recommended. I love this store and the manager!
