I contacted this place 9 days ago and had a text confirming an appointment for this morning. When I arrived I was told I was not booked in and when I showed her the text confirmation she said that I had booked too far in advance so she didn't have a record of it. Terrible service and incredibly disappointing.

Been here quite a few times now, but my last visit was absolutely terrible. I booked a 90min massage for me and hubby as a treat since we've both been training hard for a challenge lately. Got on the table, I had an older lady. No warm up pressure, usually EVERY Thai massage starts with them kneeling up and down the body. Nope, she straight away just gets straight into massaging my leg, no touch or pressure anywhere to start with. I asked for a firm pressure but lighter on calves as they're sensitive. So instead I get fairy fingers all over. When she got to my back it was certainly not smooth, flowing or relaxing. I barely felt it, then when I asked for firmer she starts digging her thumbs and elbows in. I actually had to ask her to swap and have another therapist. She had the nerve to get angry even though I'm paying decent money for a service she couldn't give a toss about providing properly. So the one massaging hubby took over and she finished his massage. By then I was really not enjoying being there and just wanted to leave, so I asked them to cut it short to 60min so we can go. At the end hubby said the same thing. Complete waste of time and money.
