The food portions was terrible. Not only that the fish was over cooked and had the texture of cardboard. The miso soup tasted like soya sauce mixed with water and mayonnaise smothered the salad. It took them 50min to prepare our food when it should've taken half an hour. Don't waste your money here.

Miso soup was tasteless and boiling hot from microwaveVegetable curry had raw pink piece of sushi ginger in it?Felt like it was scraps off another plate.Shop had no people in it at 1:50pm yet 3 out of 5 tables had food plates and scraps with flies on them.

A clean restaurant, modern interior design, a few outdoor seatings, and friendly staff members. Unfortunately, this place has become very pricey; and now operated by non-japanese owner-operator. We ordered Spicy chicken on rice and vegetable udon; and the vegetable udon soup is very interesting as the vegetables in it are just a piece of green bok choy, and 5 pieces of bean sprouts - though technically it's vegetable udon soup, we would expect more vegetables than just those. As for the pricey-ness, the price has been creeping up since 2 years ago, to be fair.

Average sushi, went around lunch time and cabinet was almost empty. Veges looked wilted and avocado was not fresh.

The most delicious Japanese food ever. I had the teriyaki chicken donburi and shared some dumplings. Amazing service, taste and quick and very cheap. Will be back again for sure!

Again 10 out of 10, in my opinion the best Chicken Kaarage you can get in Auckland! Always fresh ingredients my favorite place. Thank you again and please keep up the high quality of ingredients and flavour

This place is excellent, delicious food which is affordable. Service was the best I ever had and overall great management. Keep it up!! Will be coming back for more

Starting from the wide variety of sushi to their bento bowl, this restaurant provides the customers with the taste of Japan and a unique experience. Their donburi would be the go to meal whether it be lunch, dinner or even breakfast. 6 stars goes out for the friendly and quick service provided. One of the best places to eat out from.
