Worst hospital service ever! The receptionists are nice but struggle with names, took them a week to call me back for my baby to see a nurse/doctor...lines always busy, when my partner had a health emergency they were closed but it didn't say that over the phone, he had to arrive at hospital and there was a sign on door saying they were open 3-4....a doctor encouraged me into vaccinations when I wasn't interested, and doctors have forgotten me before with referrals etc. Needs some serious training there!

I tried calling through and was on hold waiting to speak to a receptionist for 7 mins before the line went dead. Called back and it said I couldn't get through and had to leave a message. Very frustrating

Have been informed that they will not allow people in without Face Coverings. They need to read the ministry of health guidelines. Some people are exempt and may not have an exemption. Exemptions are not mandatory. They should be careful that they do not discriminate.

Dr Mania and Nurse Lydia were amazing with my baby when I took him for his 6 week immunisations. Had such a good and smooth experience especially having to come in during the week of Christmas when times are busy.

Poor customer service, unreliable booking system, you might wait 30minutes on the line and your call can be disconnected for no reason. Be prepared to wait on the phone for very long time.
