Water Projects were called to repair our Bio System at 8:00 on a Friday.The office staff were knowledgeable and helpful and co-ordinated their team member to be on site within the hour.Highly impressed by that!!We could not have asked for a better response. We've had a really terrible experience with water projects in Waiuku. The site workers did not do what was initially agreed upon when they quoted us for a job. They sent us an invoice for a higher amount than they quoted and never explained why. Customer service and admin staff are rude and inconsiderate. We had to follow up on work reports and updated plans from the installers and technicians which the company staff should've provided as a standard after the work was completed. The company refuses to explain how the fault occurs and why the parts need to be replaced despite several follow-ups. We were never asked if we wanted to proceed with the job, in the first place. After the work is completed, they'll send you big invoices and call you about payments without sending a report about what was done. Really terrible experience. Changing providers.

Water Projects have serviced and maintained my bio cycle system for the last 4 years. They have been very prompt to respond when my system stopped working. They are one of few companies that service the system prior to payment unlike other companies that take the payment upfront. Their reports are directly sent to the council, which means one less headache of dealing with the council. Definitely recommend their service.
