If you have kids you enjoy arts and crafts, sustainability? You will ❤️ Creative Junk! My kods are learning to sew so we went in for scraps of material. We can out also with zips, thread, glitter, old film canisters (to store clay), metal file holders, a peg bag and creative thibgs to use for collage! If you are into sustainability go take a look to see the things you could donate that may be a treasure/useful to someone else.

Great asset for DIY/crafty folk to find and donate raw materials, fabrics, useful second hand miscellaneous things, and craft supplies. Also offering workshops. Lucky to have this unique business in Ōtautahi to expand the recycling and repurposing options available to us. Would love to see this model supported more and repeated in other cities

Everyone there is so helpful, the resources are amazing and we've hired some props as well for our party. Great place and even better for the environment

Great place. Fill a bag for $10 or a big bag for $15, cash or bank transfers. I do a lot of sewing and this place is my number 1 go-to for material, to be sustainable and due to truly how cheap it is. Definitely set a lot of time aside when coming here, just because of how much stuff there is. I would really recommend it!!

I love creative junk! It's great to find materials for crafts projects for everyone in the family. Fill a bag, prices range from $10 to approx 15., depending on bag size and if member or not. Soo worth it! Lots of fabrics, yarns, paper, kids toys even, all sorts of containers and packaging, glass jars etc etc.

It's makers haven! So much cool stuff that others don't want anymore. My kids love it, too. There's so much to discover, and they also went to a holiday workshop that they really enjoyed.
