Food wasn't severed hot. Even after us asking them to make it hot. And it had some tongue numbing agent. Not that great of taste. Order chicken, got lamb! Asked for the fork, got a weird look.

the design is cute but the food is too pricey and i think that the two times i've been there I've been ripped off. both times costed around 100 nzd for two people i was a little suprised as we didn't eat much but paid anyways but then later i realised each stick is 60 cents and we had less than 30 sticks once as we only went for a snack and they still charged us $90 and so they definitely scammed us. whoever eats here besure that the owner doesn't scam you. Also it smells like pee and vomit sometimes. pretty sure we won't be going back unless they get caught for scamming people lol

The interior decoration is nice, but the food tasted a bit below standard, especially compared to its price. The seat is quite narrow, not very convenient. The indoor ventilation is poor, l felt quite uncomfortable because the smoke from the hot pot is very strong. The place is probably only good for taking photos.

The soup doesn’t have strong enough flavour even we ordered the most spicy one.The Bingfen is nice - varieties of ingredients!Kinda pricy.

The decoration style is very special. It’s a Chinese classroom! So creative ~ We ordered mild spicy, it tastes good. If the service can be improved , that would be better.
