My wife and I are quite inexperienced and have had bad luck buying cars in the past and the whole process is generally quite scary for both of us. We thought we would give this place a shot and the time first meeting Chris we both felt very comfortable talking to him. He was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions and overall a very pleasant experience for me and my wife.after a few days we ended up purchasing a Mazda Demio 2011 from him, and it's been running great, we are absolutely stoked with the whole outcome and for such a good price we felt!Chris and the team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and would definitely go back to him to buy another car from him again in the future!10/10 would recommend

Great experience dealing with Chris. We were able to meet him and test drive our vehicle in a short space of time which made it easy. The trade in process on our vehicle was easy too. Chris had a nice selection of Leafs and all great spec and excellent condition. It was only a matter of hours from deciding to buy to driving away. Would buy here again for sure.

Absolutely the worst possible experience with Priceright cars.Pre-sale experience was fine, friendly professional non pushy sale.However, after a few days, we experienced issues with the car. I called Priceright cars right away, expecting the same professional experience in investigating and fixing this issue but Priceright was VERY difficult to deal with. After being very dismissive about the issue on the phone; I ended up getting an independent inspection by a registered VW mechanic at my own cost. The issue was verified along with other noteworthy issues being identified.I called and spoke to the owner of the company of Priceright cars, who then accused me of wanting free stuff" and on a separate occasion swore at me on the phone for no given reason and hung up. I bought a car from Priceright Cars this week and it has been an amazing experience.The admin lady Anchana has been there for me through the whole process, answering txts and emails whenever I had questions.The process was so easy, even though I thought it might be complicated due to having a previous car with finance still on it but nope!There was never any pressure to buy, even when I went in to test drive the car. Chris gave me lots of good information about electric cars.I love my new car - my first electric car. I hope she lasts for many years to come!

Went to look at a Leaf, had a test drive with the owner. While I didn't buy the car, it was only because I bought something else later that day. Had a surprisingly good selection of decent vehicles that I would be happy to own. Hope they do well.

Bought a Subaru Levorg from here. I was stoked with the car and price. Once I had driven it back to Taranaki I discovered an issue with the driver wing mirror. It took a painful discussion about how to resolve the issue and I ended up taking it back to Wellington so Thier" tech could sort the issue for me. They gave me the crappiest courtesy car which I felt unsafe taking my 4 year old son in. The issue was resolved and I got my car back
