Friendly staff, very on to it. My insurance company messed up the filing and these guys were really helpful with getting it across.

The level of service I received from Adam on a busy Monday morning was nothing short of superb... and that was just for an insurance assessment, and before any work has even commenced. Any review that tells you otherwise will likely be the result of an embittered client who has likely felt left short by the insurance process, and nothing else. I will certainly review again on completion of the work, but on first impressions it is hard to imagine anything other than being a satisfied customer!

Absolutely rude company as soon as I drove in the car Darryl one of the team members already did not want to deal with our car saying my mother was wrong about how insurance works yet it was there receptionist who said bring the car in as it had been sorted. So rude to my mother which in turn made her upset. Told us they could not take in the car till May if insurance was approved (already approved) how ridiculous is that it’s March right now who would wait for 2 months for a repair.Darryl proceeded to say “look at all the cars we have here” that’s the reason for their useless service unprofessional way to speak to potential customers.

Friendly service and open at 6am so its easy to drop off on the way to work.Made a great job of repairing my car and it was returned clean and tidy. Would definitely use them again.

You can tell a lot about a person or a business by how they conduct themselves when there's nothing in it for them. My experience today with Adam at Greenpark Panel & Paint was so superb that I had to share it.Yesterday evening I came back to my car after dinner and somehow a car had bumped it in such a way that the rear panel connected to the bumper was displaced. There was no obvious sign of impact or dent, just a slight separation, but it was something that was noticeable right away.To be safe, I called my insurance company this morning and they referred me to a panel and paint company in Newmarket. The person there asked me to fill out this lengthy form before he was willing to even look at it. When he did, he shook his head and said the repair would take several days and there was 'no way' this would be under my excess. On top of that, they were slammed this week and wouldn't be able to take a closer look until next week, but only after they sent in an estimate and got approval for the repair from my insurance co. He then went into a lengthy exposition about how they would have to remove and inspect the bumper, and probably repaint the back panel and bumper area to match each other. No guarantees. Bummer.I did another google search and decided to give Greenpark Panel & Paint a try. Pulling up to the business I was disappointed to see the parking lot completely jam packed with cars. Even busier than the previous place I had visited. What the heck, I thought, I'll just pop in and see if they have anything different to say.I met Adam and immediately felt his positive, how-can-I-help-you energy. He finished his call and after I briefly described the situation, he came down to have a look with me. After a few seconds, he said, 'you know, it's not as bad as it may look'. And the next thing was right out of a magic show. He placed his hands in a few places, pulled here, pushed there, and before I could blink twice, the panel had miraculously popped back into place. He then proceeded to explain the inner structure of the body panels and how that separation might have been caused, and why it was an easy fix.Total cost: zero dollars. He didn't even want to discuss it further (obviously a busy man) and was just happy that he could help. He seemed genuinely happy for me that it was an easy fix and I could go on my way. I just can't say enough about my experience today, and I will say that the interaction I had with the other place was more of what I would have expected when dealing with businesses that get paid by insurance companies.I was happy to call my insurance company back and cancel the claim.I will conclude my overly lengthy review with two words to describe Adam and Greenpark Panel and Paint: Honesty and Integrity. OK, I lied. A few more words. If I could give six stars, I would.

I was very impressed with the Prompt and High Standard of Work I received from Greenpark Panel and Paint , I received progress reports on how the job was going and the Frontal Damage to my Toyota Camry was repaired in 3 Days !I Highly Recommend this Company as an Extremely Reliable and Professional Panel and Paint Operation !
