Excellent to work with

Very disappointed with this company. We had a signed contract with them to undertake a fairly large job and they backed out at the last minute due to being over committed.

We are very happy with the fast, efficient and professional service from Fastgrass. They quoted on the Saturday and were able to start on Monday. By Thursday our new residential section was completed with edging, stone pathways and hydroseed spread. Very friendly workers and completely professional and totally organized. Many thanks

WORST LANDSCAPER SO FAR!!! We've booked for site assessment and was almost an hour late. I even arranged my toddlers childcare for it. Poor communication and acting like scammers! They don't value the time of others!

Had Hydroseed laid by fast grass and would not recommend it at all..Very fast to quote and take your money but then don't show up on the day they are supposed to do the work.When the work was done it was 4.40pm on a Friday afternoon. The landscaper left our property very promptly as we all no know one likes to finish late on a Friday afternoon. Not enough Hydroseed was put down, I'm guessing we got the dregs of the tank because he was filling the truck with water from the fire hydrant on our street. The job was patchy uneven a complete mess.Sent multiple emails trying to get the problem rectified, but this company kept making excuses. Not once did we receive a apology or even get an appropriate response.We have watched how hydroseed has worked and been successful at both our neighbours houses and multiple properties in our subdivision. We have also had advise from different landscapers and showed photos and advised what happened on the afternoon. So please don't turn around and try to say we are in the wrong.I had to lay down another $80 dollars worth of grass seed out of my own money to patch up the blotchy job.Highly unprofessional & extremely poor customer service.$655.00 spent on an experience we don't really want to remember. Especially considering this is our first home.

We are pleased to have used the services of Fastgrass. We found ourselves in a tight position time wise and were unable to do a lot of research into our large project. We took a leap of faith and Matt and the team have done a great job. They set high standards for themselves and had the expertise to match. We certainly see them as trusted professionals.
