Domino’s Pizza Mosgiel
I ordered a pizza for 7.30pm this was at 6.30 I did this and arrived at 7.30 and the pizza still had 28 minutes left. Also there is a kid here in mosgiel that looks like he’s probably 13 at the most and doesn’t even understand what happening. Overall time wasted

Ordered online using the app, was told on the app that the pizza was ready only to wait 45 minutes in the store once arriving and paying. Was also charged the wrong amount as we paid in store. I had to show my online bank statement to prove I had paid. Was honestly horrid service and I ended up leaving without them even offering to refund the money they had overcharged my card. Will never go back.

Second time in a row we have done a delivery order and been delivered items that we did not order. We were given different items because they didn't have what we ordered in stock and didn't phone to ask if they could swap items or perhaps do a refund. So, both times they decided to change things without any consultation.Tonight i had specifically written in the comments box that I'd like a phone call if there were items on our order that were not available. I never got a call and when I asked the delivery driver he just shrugged and said 'oh well'.Disappointed family.

so this is about chocolate log. i just got one of the chocy logs and the bottom was not cooked and it just put me off getting that again. the pizza was good. the deliver took about 20 minutes when it said 25 so that was good and when i paid the fee the driver wanted to give me the 50 cents back so i liked that but the chocolate log just was not up to stanned.

We always get a thin base ham and cheese with garlic bread and southern chicken bites..Quality is exactly what you would expect for 'fast food' however their timing was on point and usually is.Quick and convenient no complaints from me or the child.

Ordered food, arrived in about 30mins which is fine. But missing items off the order(That i had to prompt them about). They explained that they didnt pack the order and only deliver it and 'sorry'Not really great on that side considering i paid for stuff i never received.

Once again the kids love the place, my youngests dad would prefer piza hut but being I'm mosgiel he caves quickly, the food has gone down hill and leaves something to be desired in the boys dads words lol

OK service and product but will occassionally be items missing from orders. Some delivery drivers are awesome however and will correct any errors promptly. Some... not all. I would advise not to place delivery orders on busy days or holidays however as more likely to be mistakes made in my experience.
