Excellent service. Got my two old iPad which had broken screens and I was thinking of throwing them. These guys fixed them - just like new with new battery and all genuine Apple parts. I also got my iPhone 5 then repaired. And everything at very affordable prices. Highly recommend. Arjun the owner is very friendly and goes out of the way to help !

Absolutely terrible customer service. No updates, even when called multiple times. They promise to will call you back and never do. Called multiple times over 4 months hoping for an update. Still waiting on hard drive over 4 months later. Do not shop here. Save stress and go somewhere else.

Would give 0 stars if I could! DO NOT go here. Got my laptop fixed" for $700 in December for it to break again after 1 month of having it back. Sent my laptop back and waited over 3 months to get it back. Awful communication

Extremely happy with the technical support I received from Arjun to recover my laptop after a sudden crash on my lap top. His knowledge and services are highly recommended. Time taken to repair and restore my laptop is so quick and the charges are very reasonable too.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We waited over 3 months for a hard drive repair (which they never completed). absolutely terrible communication and no updates. Promised they would call us multiple times and never did. We even went into the store and they told us they were too busy and come back another time!! Ignore the bots posting 5 stars and read the 1 star reviews to see real customers in the same position as me :(

I highly recommend this place. I was in need of an urgent macbook screen replacement on the same day - within few hours I got my laptop back, which was unbelievable. I had called every tech centre in Auckland and no one had macbook screens, but Tech4you did. I am so satisfied with their work. Thank you.

Screen repair paid upfront on drop off that took 7 weeks to repair with additional costs - had to request a loan laptop & was given but with incorrect charger so couldn't use. On collection couldn't find original charger. Communication very poor, defensive and lots of excuses - parts 3-5days turned into weeks with no communication. Very poor outcome.
