We have found premium quality products from our purchases, from our Austral Rectractaway 50" our Swiss made Stewi Combi-Maxi clothes rack and the Kiwi made stainless steel clothes pegs."

Perfect size for the area we have in our laundry.Due to the location, I have the mounting brackets much closer to the ends of the wooden rails. The rack still works well but note it does make raising and lowering trickier as the pins are further away from each other. I did add small rubber shims to the bars where they sit on the mounts to stop the wooden bars from moving so freely (possibly an impact of having the mounts closer to the ends).It would be super awesome (6 stars) if there was some sort of spring catch mechanism in place of the pins (as per outdoor folding clothes lines). We'd like to raise and lower the rack more frequently but the manual pin removal from both ends is challenging with only two hands.

The communication and prompt delivery of the hanging clothes airer was very refreshing. Easy-to-follow instructions made installation a breeze and it looks great. The pulley system may be an ancient idea but wow, what a game-changer. Top marks to Swift Dry Clotheslines for a remarkable product and unbeatable service.

From order to arrival it only took four days, its great having an adjustable height and ability to fold line away. Very pleased with the functionailty and discreet appearance when not in use. No sagging despite hanging out the weight of a big load of towels.

I was impressed with how simple ordering online was and the speedy shipment. I purchased the Austral Retractaway 40 (5 Lines, 40m) wall to post. The QR code/website is very helpful and installation is simple. I had to make a separate purchase of two galvanized coach bolts with four washers to fix the unit to the wall and a 'U' clamp to fix the line hook to the post. There are cheaper models than the Austral but I do not think they are as sturdy or look as nice. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought the T-bar SwiftLine clothesline and had a local contractor (Otaihanga Landscaping) install it (combined with a associated landscaping) . The ordering and delivery process was absolutely drama-free. The installed product is EXCELLENT. The SwiftDry is patently a quality product and I have already begun recommended SwiftDry's product to others. As an aside, the pictures on the website of various installations is a really helpful way to visualize finished installations. Thanks, Steve

You can not go wrong with this purchase! Sleek design, quality product, NZ made and non offensive to the eye. A great clothesline option when space is limited and you need to maximize drying area. Topped off with great customer service, I highly recommend.

I’m a female 65 year old DIYer and I installed this clothesline myself. It was easy to do and the instructions and diagrams were good. I did need a bit more concrete than specified but I may have dug the holes too big. It’s great for drying - even with all six lines full of washing.

The assistance while ordering was brilliant, and I know freight from the South Island takes a long time which is out of SwiftDry's control. Using PBT (Probably By Tomorrow) is generally slower than other carriers too. My new clothesline arrived about a week and a half after ordering, all items shipped correctly, we won't have time to install it yet, but I've used your products before and I know it's excellent.
