Wan ted to post negative review on website, website would not let me to do so. Got different wine than ordered. Highly disappointing!

We ordered the Bernard Boutinet's Pineau Des Charentes as advertised on the web site as it was a wine we are familiar with having lived in France for a number of years. What arrived was Jean-Luc Pasquet Pineau Des Charentes. In good faith and despite the fact we couldn't find this wine listed on your web site we tried it. I can't express how disappointed we were. If you are going to replace a wine ordered with a substitute it should be better, not worse. My wife whom the wine was ordered for didn't even finish her glass the replacement lacks any of the subtleties of the Bernard Boutinet's Pineau Des Charentes and rather hits the palate with a blaaaa rather than an Aaah. This wine is not worth $16!!!! we paid far far more than this.Reposting here since the website doesn't let you submit bad reviews, this reduced your rating to a one btw.
