Absolutely top notch customer service and a quick turnaround. Sanjesh was wonderful to talk to and provided some of the best service I’ve seen in the industry. These people went above & beyond their duties.Our wire loom was turned into a birds nest after it fell on to the driveshaft in our camper while on holiday in Canterbury.We were looked after so well.Jamie has a great wealth of knowledge for such a young man & he made us feel at ease & explained it so we could understand it.Highly recommend this awesome business.

2017 VW Passat had blow its Alternator 800km out of warranty. Quote from VW was 2500-3000 plus gst and 3 weeks to complete due to it being the week before Christmas . Pro auto got it done in 2 days with a genuine vw part for under 1600 including regassing the air conditioning . Can’t recommend the customer service enough they were at my house within an hour to diagnose and had the car back up and running by midday the next day .thank you so much for getting the car back on the road after no one else was willing to even take on the job for at least 2 weeks .

I called into Pro Auto today without any prior arrangement, they were good enough to look at my car straight away and diagnose the problem immediately. I called in without an appointment and Sanjesh quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my electric wing mirror. He suggested 3 alternative solutions and I went with the one he recommended. He did the work later that morning which fixed the problem. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost, and great to deal with. Thanks!
