Just had my sweet rat Watson neutered, the vet nurse I left him with was lovely but I didn't catch her name. Super professional service and he is looking and feeling great. Reasonably priced too. Thank you!

Very nice people, everyone was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my pet. They provided excellent care for my pet rat, including a lump removal and spay; and they checked up on her over the phone and in person after her surgery to see how she was doing. I highly recommend this vet clinic, they really know what they are doing with rats, which can be hard to find!

All the vets are fantastic, I had to have my 15 year old cat euthanized a few months ago and they were fantastic and handled every part of it including organizing the cremation. I had been taking him there right from when I first got him.

All the staff at Crofton downs vets are so lovely. Our sick little kitty has been going here pretty regularly over the last year and we are just so happy to have such amazing vets and vet nurses to care for our pets and explain things for us so clearly.

One of the most caring bunch of people who always make space for my Jerry who is a very sick little dog. Although he has a main vet, Leone, all the vets know Jerry and his case so if Leone isn't in any vet there assists us and knows his history. They all show care and compassion. We are very happy with this vet practice. Friendly, welcoming staff, and clean,spacious rooms. They are very respectful and caring with both clients and pets. We travel right across Wellington to attend this clinic, as they are rat experts! Highly recommended.

Competent, efficient and compassionate. Always feel comfortable taking the little guy in. They rang us one day to say he'd been handed in when we'd been combing the streets looking for him. Treated a rescue stray kitten we found, with as much care as you could hope. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team.
