Wang Korea Food Market

One of the bigger Wang Mart branches in Auckland. They have pretty much all the Korean products you'll ever need. There is a Korean chicken place inside as well if you want to grab a quick bite. A big highlight for me is that you can get some pretty delicious tteokbokki here, and cheap too.

I went shopping today at Wang, unlike previous expeiences I had, I went into the most arrogant cashier ever. I wasn't greeted like other customers who spoke the language, despite me initiating contact in English. When asked how much it was, instead of telling me, the cashier pointed at screen as if he couldnt care less. Hopefully others who speak their language get better customer service. Ver disappointed

May be the biggest Korean foods store/groscery in NZ, satisfied with the fresh foods and frozen area.

Well laid out, easy to find what I needed. Don't speak or read Korean so the layout was great. The Kimchi was is so good!! Helpful, friendly staff and good parking.

It's the biggest Korean mart in NZ, with plenty of carparks but the entrance is easily missed. So always slow down when you see the Wang" sign."

Absolutely rude staff. Today i went to the supermarket to grab some groceries. However when I went to the store this staff in the photo claimed that the stranger in front of me was my husband and that I wasn't allowed in. However I explained to him that I didn't even know the guy but he said that he saw with his own eyes that we came from the same car and ignored me after. I had to wait outside, until the staff understood that we didn't even know each other and that he went into another vehicle. He knew that he misunderstood me and said that I could go in with an extremely poor attitude and was left with no apology.Terrible service, terrible staff. Never visiting again.

Spacious, clean and a wide selection.Was busy however lots of staff on. (Saturday afternoon shop). Good amount of parking.There are other businesses inside like health food and a side dish place.Really nice place to shop
