I can't rate this team highly enough. Ute broken into Monday, contacted Matt Tues morning, drivers window replaced Wed. Fantastic friendly fast service. The best Novus team I have dealt with in both Auckland and Wellington. Don't bother going anywhere else!

The guys from Novus Hutt Valley did a great job helping us with the leaking skylight of our rented campervan. After an inital unsuccessful attempt by another workshop Matt and his team quickly identified the true reason of the problem and repaired it. Cheers guys! You gave us a dry and peaceful time for the rest of our holidays!

Had the windshield on my car replaced yesterday. Communication was good, quality of the work was good. The one thing that put me in a bad mood is the client service. We've agreed that I can drop off the car on Wednesday. I've arranged to work from home this day for the replacement of the windshield. Upon bringing the car there, I spoke to one of the employees who handed over the car key to. I live in Lower Hutt and asked if they can drop me off, replace the windshield and bring the car to my house. It's 5 km away. It took an hour from my time to walk back home and another hour to come to the workshop, truly wasted time. The person did not want to hear about this as he was telling me they don't do this. The replacement was nearly $2k and not offering drop off? Car service centres do that for $300 general service. Not pleased with this and regardless if their workmanship is good I will be looking for other centres next time. Would have been 5 stars, unfortunately 3 is the best I can do on this.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. My car got broken into, glass smashed - a stressful and annoying situation - and the Novus team repaired it efficiently and for a much lower price than their local competitors. The service level was excellent - the team went to the trouble of trying to find me the most budget-friendly option, and kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. Extremely friendly service too.

These guys are awesome. Rung them 3 days before Xmas fitted me in in the same week!After sale service was exceptional too, when I took the car back for what turned out to be an unrelated problem, they still took the time to not only investigate but fix it! Definitely recommended Matt and the team, they are great! 10/10!

I had a problem with a leaky sunroof that several other mechanics wouldn't even look at. Matt was happy to troubleshoot the problem and to see if he could fix it. I was there for 30 minutes and the problem was sorted. The garage had a great atmosphere, super friendly and the team was v knowledgeable. Will definitely be recommending Novus glass - Hutt Valley to friends and family.Big thanks to Matt and the team!

Seriously excellent service. Sorted a problem with a 20+ year old Euro car that S&S couldn't get fixed in 5 months in a couple of weeks. Petone branch, you have my respect and gratitude!
