Fast food and friendly hard working staff. Some vegetarian options- vegetarian spring roll is good, big and tasty. Also a nice vege fritter and burger. Chips are quite crispy (I prefer a softer chip)....kumara chips nice. Been coming for years....gets busy on weekends.

I dont normally post reviews, but in my opinion, this is the worst fish and chips in the lower and upper hutt region. Chips, potato fritters, hotdogs were burnt dry. Fish burger was a dry tasteless overcooked piece of fish between two dry buns with the smallest smear of coleslaw. Very disappointed

Crumbed Fish Burger for $5.80 is always so fresh and very well sauced. Always ask for Lemon Pepper, it makes everything taste 2x better.

Excellent fish and chips from a great family business. It's always busy but fast on service and the crumbed fish is wonderful. The fish burgers are pretty good as well.

This is a solid little fish and chip store. Been here several times and the fish & chips are delicious.Only problem I had was one time we ordered muscles and 4 of them were off / rotten.When we called the store, they explained there was nothing they could do as the muscles were “not expired” even though they were clearly off. They offered no reimbursement and shrugged off the complaint.

Appreciate very efficient service as i had done 8 different orders ..chips were dry and stale...very oversalted and fish was dry ..chikn fillet burgers were overcooked and dry but the staff were lovely unfortunately affected every ones tummies at our cost of $110
