Aston Martin provide an excellent service from front door to mechanics bay. Friendly, extremely well-informed staff and the high quality Aston Martin bespoke environment is complemented by such a positive, highly professional crew. I met with five staff while waiting for a service and all were positive, friendly and accommodating: showing me round a variety of cars, ensuring the correct volume of caffeine, and offering a lovely Vantage to use meantime. However, the environment and café were an ideal place to sit back, relax and catch up while my car was quickly serviced and beautifully groomed. A five star service!

Always had great service over the years at Giltrap Prestige (Aston Martin Auckland), and the breadth of expertise available (not just on new marque cars) demonstrated once again by Chris and Andy attending to unresolved issues on my old DB6 after I restored it. Will be taking my 1988 Mercedes R107 there too.

We had our 2012 Aston Martin V8 Vantage S which we have owned from new, serviced this week by Aston Martin Auckland. Great attention to detail as everything on my list was attended to. There were two factory service updates for the transmission and engine as well and the car has responded very well to the new modifications / adjustments.The tyre pressure monitoring system sensors required replacement and this work which involved the removal of all tyres, wheel balancing etc was all completed at a reasonable cost with the system now functioning as it should.Many thanks for the great service.
