Henderson Print Shop

I needed a last minute job done and Roma was super helpful and managed to save the day by getting my prints turned over within 24hrs. The quality was great and I was very happy with the final product.

I called Henderson Print Shop as I had a small, but urgent, printing job (I needed a 9 page travel itinerary for a special birthday printed and bound which was photo heavy). They were really responsive and we organised everything over email so I didn't even need to leave home. They quoted me over the phone and when I dropped in to collect it they had me check everything was ok (everything was bang on) and I paid the quoted price which was incredibly well priced. The team were super friendly and helpful and took care with my job. If you do have something you need printed give them a try - even a small job like mine they happily did it and within an hour which was amazing! I could never reproduce what they did for me without spending thousands of dollars on equipment. Thanks to the team for helping me out like you did - I really appreciate it! I'll def be back if I need anything else done.

The Customer Service here was A+++ . They have gone above and beyond to accommodate and help us out with a 21st banner for our son with very late notice, due to someone cancelling on us last minute. We are soooo appreciative and would recommend to anybody and everybody. Roma is so helpful and Turin you are the best for staying late in your own time. Your kindness went above professionalism. I called Henderson print shop yesterday to get some flyers done up for my lost cat. They were so fast and efficient and a great price! Warehouse printing were almost triple the amount! Great communication and the flyers turned out amazing. Thanks guys!

Bad service, we were to pick up ordered stuff on Friday, the owner left shop without informing the staff and the order wasnt even made/ processed, had to wait for hours to get job done and go through process again with new staff, wasn't a good job for money paid.Update: rated 3* as i don't want business to suffer and one bad experience of mine could just be a one Off.
