Customer oriented and helpful garage with proper personal service. When a repair job turned out to be more difficult than expected, we were kept updated on progress. Mortimers not only managed to fix the problem, but also got Ford to contribute to paying most of the repair bill.

Highly recommended.I had a major fault in my Ranger and couldn't even get it towed. The workshop have some advice to get it moving which fixed the whole problem.I Must say Ford do have a fantastic service commitment, in the 3x dealers I have been to.
